SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Texas via USPS.

I process the orders asap; My current processing times are 2-4 business days to print and pack. After your order is dropped off at USPS, please allow an additional 5-8 business days for delivery. Most customers receive their print between 8-12 days. But it could take up to 15 days to deliver, due to unexpected delays caused by weather, holiday influx, etc.

  • If your order is marked as delivered, but you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Often times USPS is able to track down the missing package and redirect it.
  • Other times we are able to provide a replacement if the courier admits fault. These are handled on a case by case basis.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to cover or replace items stolen after they are marked as delivered.
  • If a print goes more than 10 business days without a tracking event or delivery update (and given that the address provided was correct) we'll send a replacement.
  • If your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, with a clear photo of the item/damage - so I can see what steps to take to resolve the issue for you.
  • If the initial shipping address was incorrect or failed to deliver at the provided address resulting in your order being returned to us, we must wait until the order is returned at which point we can update your delivery address and send the order back out. Please note that return shipments are de-prioritized and may result in much longer delivery times.

 

RETURN POLICY

As every print is made to order: returns, exchanges and/or refunds are *NOT* accepted for misorders, incorrect sizes, or changes of heart.

However if your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the item/damage to help@lifekindastuff.com so I can resolve the issue for you.

We’re unable to provide replacements due to damage past the 14-day damage report window, so please make sure to open your order and check it as soon as possible upon delivery!

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at help@lifekindastuff.com

I process the orders asap and unable to change/cancel orders once they've gone to print (usually within 12hrs from order placement)

If you need to change your address, please also contact us immediately, as we are unable to change the address once the package has been shipped.
